Our Finishing Department is headed up by Clara Arteaga. Who had been with Craven’s for the past 10 years, and has been doing a wonderful job... She makes sure that all products are correctly finished whether it is a concrete lion or a fiberglass planter. She is also involved in the research and development of new colors, and applications. Thanks Clara!!!!
Ricky Arteaga is one of our most valued staff members. Simply because Mr. Ricky can do most every job we have, from concrete production to batching the clay for handmade pottery. He is currently our production specialist for cement casting, Ready Rock casting and our potting mix division. He is also a 10 year staff member… Both Arteaga’s are like family!!!
Dal Burchell heads up the handmade division. As a potter for over 20 years Dal knows the ins and outs of pottery making. In the shop Dal handles all the pottery orders, and there production. He constantly is in close supervision of all aspect of the handmade pottery, from loading the turning pottery to loading a kiln. Dal is our main man when it comes to turning Huge pottery, he can turn earthenware pots that weigh in excess of 40lbs…and stand over 24 inches tall prior to firing. Absolutely amazing…
Amy Garner now on the team for 2 years, Amy has begun to grow and blossom within the Craven network. She is involved in almost every aspect of manufacturing. From ground level to a finished product she’ll have her hands on it. Amy’s job is mostly paper work and internet, but the procurement aspect keeps her hands in the factory. Truly, becoming a well rounded Craven Original Staff member.. Amy is also learning how to maintain our website, to keep it up to date and interesting. Thanks Amy for being buried in the paper work!!!

Marc Craven is our Team leader, and he really heads up all the new products. Marc designs all of the Craven products, he uses Rhino 3d software to generate models for review. He will then machine them on CNC machines, normally they are carved out of foam. All custom work Marc will handle with diligence, and perfection. Marc is involved in every aspect of the manufacturing processes, and has engineered all of our production machines. Some of which are truly remarkable. Marc is always looking for custom work, and will be glad to talk to you concerning your innovative ideas. He’ll also try his best to get you want you want in a timely manner.
